Our engineering team will be performing scheduled infrastructure updates to maintain system performance, security, and stability across our global environments. Updates will be rolled out incrementally in batches each afternoon between 7 PM and 10 PM ET.

What to Expect During the Maintenance Windows:

• Service Brief Interruption: You may experience brief intermittent downtime (typically lasting 1 to 2 minutes) while updates are applied to your specific instance.

• Data Migrations (DC to Cloud / Data Residency): We strongly recommend pausing or avoiding active data migrations during the scheduled maintenance windows. In-progress migrations that overlap with the downtime may fail, roll back, or require re-triggering.
