On 2019-03-20 Tempo noticed a bug in worklog changes in Jira and worklog sync between Tempo and Jira was not working.
A fix was deployed at 2019-03-21T09:01:42

Tempo will be retroactively syncing worklogs in an attempt to fix the broken "history"
